OPAI

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 12, 2026

These terms govern your use of OPAI at opai.live, operated by Tiru Venkatesh ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using OPAI you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What OPAI is

OPAI is a personal workspace with an AI assistant (KARNA) for tracking applications, outreach, projects, coursework and client work. Features may change over time.

2. Your account

3. Your content

You own the content you add (notes, documents, drafts, profile details). You give us permission to store and process it only to operate OPAI for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. Email sending through Gmail

Gmail access is optional and granted by you. OPAI only sends messages you have written or approved, from your own account. You are responsible for the content of those emails and for complying with the rules of Google and applicable email laws. You can revoke access at any time in your Google account.

6. AI-generated content

KARNA's answers and drafts are generated by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Check important information, such as deadlines, college details, applications and anything you send to others, before relying on it. OPAI is not professional academic, legal, financial or career advice.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep OPAI running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.

8. Termination

You may stop using OPAI and request account deletion at any time by emailing tiruvenkatesh123@gmail.com. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

9. Disclaimer and liability

OPAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, opportunities or profits arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over disputes, unless local consumer law gives you other rights.
